1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Orbitfold's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Orbitfold provides AI automation, custom website development, mobile app development, and SEO & branding services to businesses and individuals worldwide.

2. Services Provided

Orbitfold offers the following services:

• AI Automation & Integration - Custom workflow automations, AI chatbot integration, CRM integration
• Custom Website Development - Professional websites with modern design and SEO optimization
• Mobile App Development - Native iOS and Android applications with custom UI/UX
• SEO & Brand Building - Complete SEO optimization, social media strategy, and content marketing

3. Payment Terms

We offer both monthly subscription plans and project-based pricing:

• Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Project-based pricing requires 50% upfront payment and 50% upon completion
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Refunds are available within 14 days of service commencement if no work has been delivered

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and access information

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code, designs, and content created specifically for their project. Orbitfold retains rights to reusable components, frameworks, and methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Project Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on scope and client responsiveness. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or scope changes may extend delivery dates. We commit to transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Support & Maintenance

All projects include a specified support period (typically 90 days to 6 months depending on the service). Support covers bug fixes and technical issues. Feature additions and major changes are considered new work and may incur additional charges.

8. Confidentiality

Orbitfold maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, business data, and proprietary materials. We do not share client information with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orbitfold's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation, though we strive for excellence in all deliverables.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Monthly subscriptions require 30 days notice. For project-based work, termination requires settlement of work completed to date. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

11. Changes to Terms

Orbitfold reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in London, UK.
